Exchange and Refund Policy

Please find details regarding the return and refund policies for KIORA below.

We encourage you to leave an email to support@kioraaccessories.com regarding your experience requesting a return or refund from KIORA ( in-store / online ).

In-Store / Online Purchases

Strictly NO cash refunds or credit back to credit cards.

Exchange

  • KIORA will happily exchange only Clothing items within 3 days for Online /In-Store purchase from the original purchase date. Items should be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage by the customers.
  • Items must be returned with all KIORA Tags still attached and with the original receipt.
  • Items can be exchanged at our retail store within the time and all conditions above should be met.
  • If items are given as a gift, please let our sales staff know the contact name or phone number of the person who purchased.

Discounted items

  • Discounted items cannot be exchanged (online /in-Store)
  • Fashion Accessories (Cosmetics), Gift vocuhers,Gift Items are all Final Sale Items & cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Purchase

If you have purchased a product online at KIORA website

( www.kioragroup.com ), you may return it at our stores, with your online order receipt. we can only process an exchange if you return it in-store. You will not get a refund only exchange is allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by customers should be done before the purchased/ordered items are dispatched from KIORA No refunds will be made for the already purchased items. For Cancellations, call us on  +94 11 220 2522.

Do you offer international shipping :

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to bring KIORA to the global stage soon!
